Problem

Growth decisions depended on disconnected systems and manual handoffs.

Sales, marketing, finance, and customer data needed to work as one operating system. Instead, reporting depended on disconnected tools, manual handoffs, and operational knowledge held by a few people.

Solution

Connecting the operating model behind revenue.

As one of the first members of the Business Planning & Analytics team, we improved and connected revenue intelligence systems across CRM, data, finance, and go-to-market workflows. Built automation and analysis layers for prospecting recommendations, CAC and unit economics, finance handoffs, and marketing measurement, then trained teammates to operate and use them independently. The result was a repeatable model for acquisition, conversion, retention, and unit economics.

01

Connected revenue data

Enabled Salesforce and connected CRM data with Snowflake and ClickHouse through ELT, creating a shared foundation for reporting and analysis.

02

Go-to-market recommendations

Built a relational recommendation model to identify prospecting mix and the features most associated with opportunity.

03

Automated unit economics

Automated CAC and LTV:CAC modeling plus sales-to-finance handoffs for unit economics, activation, NDR, and logo retention.

04

Measured the funnel

Integrated digital-marketing measurement and taxonomy across go-to-market and paid-media platforms, then trained teammates to extend the system.

Revenue intelligence as an operating system

Salesforce enablement connected CRM workflows to Snowflake and ClickHouse through ELT, reducing the gap between commercial activity and analysis. A relational go-to-market recommendation model identified prospecting mix and feature importance, giving the team a repeatable basis for where to focus.

From acquisition to economics

Automated CAC and LTV:CAC analysis and linked sales handoffs to finance so unit economics, activation, NDR, and logo retention could be reviewed without manual rework. Integrated digital-marketing measurement and taxonomy across GTM and paid-media platforms to connect demand generation to the same operating model.

Operating capability, not a dependency

Trained teammates to operate and extend the systems independently, turning the work into a shared capability rather than knowledge held by a few people.

Value

A repeatable operating model for revenue growth.

The operating model made acquisition, conversion, retention, and unit economics easier to run and improve. Sales prospecting became 5× faster; prospect-to-pipeline conversion was up 80% YoY; at least 20 finance hours were saved monthly. Slang had 3.5× more qualified leads in H1 2023 than all of 2022.
