Product-aligned measurement
The method stayed aligned with the B-CFQ metric used in the product, giving teams a consistent basis for interpretation.
The goal was to translate B-CFQ, a proprietary metric for measuring brand cultural fluency, into purchase intent and commercial impact.
Collage Group already had a strong proprietary metric for measuring brand cultural fluency, however, the business struggled to connect it to revenue to attract new clients or show impact in existing accounts.
Designed a method that estimates how movement in B-CFQ is associated with movement in purchase intent across industries. The model extracts a slope that can serve as an input to confidential client- and audience-specific projected calculations, so business opportunities can be measured by how cultural fluency improves.

The slope made the association interpretable for a relevant audience or segment and usable in confidential projected-upside models.
Sales and Client Services can use the slope as an input to client-specific economic models for projected upside. The conversion remains confidential.
The rollout made B-CFQ commercially legible for new-business and lead-generation conversations. The analysis, expanded into a business model by the CEO, turned into the main sales and marketing strategy in 2026.
